01 What we delete
- Your Firebase Authentication account (phone sign-in).
- Cloud profile and preferences (name, age, sex, height, weight, email, equipment, goals, training days).
- Workout plans, session logs, form scores, and analysis summaries stored under your user ID.
02 What we do not delete automatically
- Data only on your phone (rep clips, downloaded coach audio). Uninstall the app or clear app storage to remove it.
- Short-lived backups and security logs, which we drop on their normal rotation.
- Information already sent to AI providers (Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, Sarvam) under their own retention rules.
Timeline. We complete deletion within 30 days of a valid request.
Deletion is permanent. You can create a new account later with the same number, but prior history will be gone.
03 Request deletion
Enter the mobile number on the account. Optional email is only used if we need to confirm the request. You can also email privacy@fitnessfanatik.com.
